     In 2010 I lost my mom to ALS and from that loss I realized I was wasting my life. I was asthmatic, overweight, I was a half a pack a day smoker (14 years total), I drank often, I ate more fast food than real food and I never worked out. After witnessing my mom’s deterioration into her disease I couldn’t help but feel I was wasting the precious gift of life. That is when I started researching fitness, nutrition and started living a healthier lifestyle. I quit smoking and drinking, I gave up sodas and fast food and I committed to working out on a regular basis. I fell off the fitness wagon for a while and started eating poorly again but this blunder gave me the confirmation that I needed to make this a way of life permanently. My goal is not only to be the best version of myself but to help you become the best version of yourself. My journey will never end because I want to help those who are ready to make changes so you may live life to the fullest. Remember, your past is your past and today is a new day. You can be anyone you want to be.
